The minimum layover is 6 hours. This gives enough time to leave the airport, enjoy an experience and return comfortably before boarding. Some experiences require 8 hours or more — this is always stated clearly on the listing.
How do you calculate whether an experience fits my layover?
We factor in airport transfer time (both ways), the duration of the experience itself, and a safety buffer for check-in and security. Every listing shows the total time required so you can verify it against your schedule.
What if my flight is delayed on arrival?
We recommend contacting us as soon as you know about a delay. Depending on how much time remains, we can adjust the experience, shorten it or reschedule. Our team is reachable throughout your layover.
What if immigration or customs takes longer than expected?
All our time estimates include a realistic buffer for immigration and customs at Dubai and Abu Dhabi airports. If you experience an unusual delay, contact us immediately and we'll adapt the plan.
Can I bring my luggage?
Yes. Our driver can accommodate standard luggage. If you have oversized or multiple bags, let us know in advance so we can arrange the right vehicle.
How much buffer time is included before my return flight?
